Terms of Service
1. Service
MCP Command – AI Store Control (“the App”) lets you connect AI assistants to your Shopify store through the Model Context Protocol and control what they may do. By installing the App you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Your responsibility for AI actions
The App executes actions that your connected AI client requests, within the permissions you set. You are responsible for the AI clients you connect, the permission modes you choose, the approvals you grant and the resulting changes to your store. We recommend the Safe or Balanced preset and reviewing approval cards carefully. Actions performed automatically under the Auto mode cannot be undone by the App.
3. Plans and billing
Plans, prices and trial periods are shown in the App and charged through Shopify Billing. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time in the App; changes take effect as described there. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the App to violate Shopify’s terms, the terms of your AI provider, or applicable law; do not attempt to access other merchants’ data or to circumvent permission checks.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Shopify API limits, AI provider outages and maintenance can affect the App.
6. Data
Our processing of data is described in the Privacy Policy. Upon uninstall your data is deleted as described there.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss caused by actions your AI client performed within the permissions you granted. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms or to protect the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the App at least 14 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, unless mandatory consumer law of your country applies.
